Frequently asked questions
What does an engagement cost?
Our solutions are packaged, so they are priced up front by scope. The initial diagnosis is free and carries no obligation; the priced proposal reaches you within 48 hours of the call.
What happens after delivery?
The handover makes you self-sufficient: the system runs without us and will keep running even if we never speak again. You can then opt into a monthly engagement — not to keep the system alive, but to keep developing it: new automations, new dashboards, judgement calls. It is optional, has no minimum term, and can be cancelled at any time.
Do we have to replace all our tools?
Almost never. In most cases the tools in place are fine, but they don't talk to each other and none of them holds authority. We designate a single source of truth and connect the rest to it.
What if our team isn't technical?
That's the default assumption. The system is designed to be operated by non-technical staff; the handover phase exists precisely for that.
Do you work remotely?
Entirely. We work across Europe, North America and Africa. Everything happens over video calls and every deliverable is digital.
